Product Features

The grinding mortar can be made of hard steel, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, agate, sintered corundum, zirconia, and hard ceramics. For soil heavy metal analysis, it needs to be equipped with 4 agate grinding mortars. The pressure of the sealed agate grinding mortars is set by a scale. While revolving around the axis of the turntable, it rotates in the opposite direction around its own axis. Collision, friction, to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing and dispersing samples. Dry grinding, wet grinding and vacuum grinding are available. Two or four grinding mortars can be operated at the same time.

13. Stabilization system: grinding jar safety locking device, safety customization system, and center positioning device to ensure that the grinding jar will not be dislocated, loose, and will not slide during operation;

14. The sample compartment adopts the door-touch design with self-locking function, which makes the operation safer;

15. Optional ball milling working environment: vacuum ball milling, inert gas ball milling, low temperature ball milling, high temperature ball milling;

16. Electric shieves: up to seven layers of sieves with a diameter of 200mm. screening range: 20-200 mesh (minimum 20 microns), digital display, the number of sieving vibrations is 1400 revolutions per minute.
