FIA605 is a multi-channel fully automated flow injection analyzer with sample preprocessing capabilities. The instrument consists of multi-parameter analysis channels, automatic sampler and software workstation. Each analysis channel has independent peristaltic pump, chemical analysis template, photodetector, system control and signal acquisition circuit. On-line heating, on-line distillation, on-line UV digestion and on-line extraction devices required by the method are built in the channel, and the chemical reaction process is controlled by software. The channels are completely independent, so changing the analysis method does not require changing the hardware.

Fully automatic multi-channel analysis, the software workstation supports simultaneous detection of up to 8 channels, and it is simple and convenient to change the analysis method; the whole process is completed automatically without manual intervention.

The large-capacity polar coordinate autosampler is equipped with 162 sample tube positions, needle washing positions, and two large-capacity cleaning liquid positions to meet the needs of large sample volume analysis.

Equipped with a dual-channel refill pump, program-controlled automatic replenishment of cleaning fluid, eliminating the need for manual replenishment.

Each analysis channel has an independent 12-channel peristaltic pump, the pump speed can be programmed, (5-100) rpm.

With online heating, distillation, UV digestion, extraction, reduction functions - fast and accurate sample processing, low sample and reagent consumption.

On-line distillation-condensation device, using quartz gas-liquid separator, fast distillation, high efficiency, no need for dialysis membrane, eliminating the trouble of membrane replacement.

Double beam optical system, good stability and high detection accuracy. Configure LED light source for certain wavelengths, long service life, low noise, low drift, and good stability.

Equipped with a proportional diluter, it can automatically configure calibration curve samples and online dilution of samples that exceed the standard. The dilution speed is fast and the accuracy is high. Automatically clean the line to avoid contamination of the next sample
