Main Feature:
1. The isostatic pressing high-purity graphite is used for uniform heating and corrosion resistance;
2. High efficiency: the advanced integrated surrounding heating method is adopted, all parts of the sample are heated evenly, the heat dissipation is prevented to the greatest extent, the temperature difference between different parts of the same sample is eliminated, and the digestion is fast and thorough;
3. PID temperature control method is adopted, with high temperature control accuracy, up to ±0.2 °C, adjustable heating rate, control of heating holding time, stable heating rate, high and low temperature alarm, and automatic stop heating;
4. Excellent thermal conductivity: a reasonable heating method is matched with a heating body with excellent thermal conductivity, which can ensure the temperature uniformity between each digestion hole, and the temperature difference between samples is less than ±1.5 °C (normal temperature ~ 250 °C). When digesting multiple samples at the same time , can ensure the same reaction temperature and conditions of each sample, batch processing.
