Product Features

Intelligent microwave chemical work platform, can be used with different types of digestion tanks to achieve different application functions, can be equipped with 14-40 high-throughput rotors

The microwave resonator cavity uses the original designed thickened and strengthened special stainless steel , the volume reaches 66L, the inner cavity is sprayed with multi-layer PFA (modified polytetrafluoroethylene) to prevent the long-term corrosion of strong acid

The three-dimensional resonance arrangement design of double magnetrons ensures uniform microwave in the furnace cavity

Full tank infrared temperature measurement and full tank pressure monitoring (APL has obtained a patent) to ensure safe use

The liquid crystal display screen controls and displays temperature, heating time, constant temperature time, power, temperature and time curve in real time, which is clear at a glance; built-in application method. 

It can be used in microwave experiments with high-precision control of the reaction process, such as ultra-high pressure closed microwave digestion, high-throughput closed microwave digestion, closed organic solvent extraction, and closed organic synthesis.

An external PC can be used to achieve more functions (optional)

The operation of the digestion tank in the furnace cavity can be observed through wireless WIFI connection to IPAD or mobile phone (optional)
