Overview:SBF1100 is a dillution extractive continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS), equipped with gas analyzers from HORIBA Japan and sampling probe from M&C Germany
Accurate wet measurement, continuous measurement of SO2 concentration, simultaneous display of NO/NO2/NOx concentration
Continuous measurement of CO/CO2 with alternating flow modulation infrared absorption technology, which can provide highly stable and high-precision measurement with extremely low drift over a long period of time
No need to heat the sampling line
High-precision dilution sampling probe and instant dilution technology reduce the water content of the sample gas and completely eliminate the influence of condensate
Calibration includes full system calibration and local calibration from the probe
Dilution technology solves the problem of blockage caused by high dust content in flue gas
Sample gas transmission is fast, maintenance workload is small, and consumables are few
Positive pressure transmission throughout the whole process, local minor leakage does not affect the measurement data
