The Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Council is owned by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and is a "public institution" under the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance. Cica staff shall not accept any advantage from cICA customers. It is an offence for any person to give an advantage to staff of the CCIB in return for their assistance in public office.
