We are proud to announce that Dalian
Environmental Control and Badger Meter have signed a partnership agreement,
enabling Dalian Envirnomental Control to resell s::can and ATi water quality
monitors, including ATi gas monitors in North East China.
s::can is a leading provider of online water quality monitroing solutions. Through digital sensor technology, online and inline water quality monitoring products from s::can can detect the physical, organic and inorganic properties of water, such as pH, chlorine (Cl) and turbidity.
With UV-Vis Spectrometer probes, a beam of light is sent through a water sample to measure the spectral absorption. Then, a detector determines water quality parameters without using any chemicals or reagents—a fast and affordable method for regulating water quality.
Because s::can products are both digital and intelligent, they check their health every second and communicate their status with their operator. They also have no moving parts, drastically reducing the need for maintenance.
On the forefront of innovation for smart water quality monitoring in the network is pipe::scan, a modular sensor system that monitors drinking water quality in pipes under pressure. This device measures up to 10 parameters: total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), ultraviolet transmission (UVT)/UV254, turbidity, color, Cl, pH, oxidation reduction potential/redox (ORP), conductivity, temperature and pressure. The water quality data can be sent to a central database via almost any protocol. Using pipe::scan throughout your entire network is an ideal solution to monitor drinking water.
As an intelligent, IoT-enabled spectrometer probe, spectro::lyser V3 is designed for smart water quality monitoring. It comes with different path lengths that are optimized for wastewater, industrial water, surface water and drinking water applications. spectro::lyser V3 measures many significant water quality parameters in a single device, including TOC, DOC, chemical oxygen demand (COD), biological oxygen demand (BOD), UVT/UV254, turbidity, total suspended solids (TSS), nitrate (NO3), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), spectral fingerprint, spectral alarm and benzene, toluene and xylene (BTX). The parameter set of spectro::lyser V3 can be customized, meaning each parameter can be tailored to your unique needs.
con::cube V3 is a compact, powerful and versatile terminal for data acquisition and station control. Integrating the newest processor technology, con::cube V3 features flexible options for interfacing with sensors, SCADA or any central database system, which makes it perfect for remote monitoring.
An event detection system, ana::tool, identifies unknown and unusual conditions and enables operators to react quickly to issues within the monitored system. It also determines data regularities and triggers an alarm when a significant deviation from normal levels is detected.
i::scan is a miniature multi-parameter spectrophotometer probe for online water quality monitoring, including cost-sensitive applications, highly resolved smart water grids in small, unmanned plants and single building protection settings. It measures turbidity, TOC, DOC, UVT/UV254, UV254 f, UVT10, UVT10 f, UVT100 f, color and temperature.i::scan seamlessly combines the high performance of a multi-wavelength spectrophotometer with lower costs than simple photometers, making it a compact, precise and affordable option.
Modular monitoring stations combine s::can instruments into one compact and versatile system. The required components—including s::can sensors, terminal, flow cells, mounting fittings and pipework—are factory assembled on a compact panel for each station. With nano::station, 2 to 6 parameters can be measured simultaneously, such as nephelometric turbidity unit (FTU), formazin nephelometric unit (NTU), color, UVT/UV254, TOC, DOC, transmission, electrical conductivity (EC), pH, ORP, free chlorine (FCl), total free chlorine (TCl), chlorine dioxide (ClO2), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), peracetic acid (PAA) and alarm. Similarly, micro::station can simultaneously measure 5 to 24 parameters, including TOC, DOC, COD, BOD, UVT/UV254, turbidity, TSS, NO3, H2S, BTX, spectral fingerprint, spectral alarm, pH, Cl, EC and many more. All users have to do is simply plug in and start measuring.
Analytical Technology, Inc. (ATi) is a prominent provider of water quality monitoring solutions. ATi developed the industry’s first-ever range of smart network monitors, including the MetriNet multiparameter water quality monitor, SiteBox portable water quality monitor and control system, NephNet portable turbidity monitor with Bluetooth® and ChlorNet continuous battery-powered monitor for chlorine levels. Through smart-sensor technology, these products help users manage networks proactively, protect water quality and comply with industry standards.
MetriNet is at the forefront of these network monitoring solutions. This low-power, modular system monitors up to eight different parameters and provides reliable collection and transmission of the acquired data. At the heart of this system are interchangeable M-Nodes, which house a complete sensor and transmitter in a miniaturized body. M-Nodes operate as independent modules that can be linked to a communication bus.
ATi is one of the only companies in the world to design, manufacture and distribute analytical instruments based on electrochemical and optical sensors. It specializes in gas monitors, such as a toxic gas detector used to measure toxic gases and oxygen in hazardous conditions, and portable gas leak detectors for performing regular leak checks in hard-to-access areas.
Many ATi gas detection solutions use the H-Series smart sensor modules. Each sensor module is actually a sensor, amplifier and memory module in one compact package. Because of this design, sensor modules can be calibrated independently and simply plugged into any detector for immediate use. These sensors are interchangeable among the D16 PortaSens portable gas leak detector, F12 toxic gas detector, IsoMon hydrogen peroxide monitor and D12 toxic and combustible gas detector.
Also, fixed-point gas detectors are available with Auto-Test, a unique sensor verification system that tests itself daily to ensure operability of the entire gas detection system and provides a record of all results.
